As 2015 nears its close the Youth Week of Prayer is here with us. The theme is TIME BOUND “ Your Name or Your Sins!” Main text is 1Tim 4:12 “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity”. We are privileged to have one of our own Pr. Karlmax Kathiany from the United States.
It was a ministry sabbath for the youth department of Nairobi Central SDA Church. The youth choir was accompanied by drama band and other youth to Lang'ata Women's Prison. They divided themselves into two groups to cover the Remand section and the main prison.
The youth carried out both morning and afternoon services in both sections. The services were characterised by a hearty welcome and introduction session followed by worship songs and sermonnettes.
